Fammilay is operated by Bukavilla LLC, Plano, Texas, USA. You can reach us at hello@fammilay.com.
What we collect
Your email address.
Who you are signing up as (parent, candidate, relative, marriage bureau or other) and the city and country you type in.
Your WhatsApp number, only if you choose to give it, and whether you agreed to receive launch updates there.
The country your connection comes from and the time you signed up, recorded automatically.
We don't use advertising trackers or sell your information.
Why we collect it
To tell you when Fammilay launches and invite you to try it.
To understand which cities and communities are interested, so we know where to launch first.
If you're a marriage bureau, to contact you about tools for bureaus.
We use it for nothing else.
Where it's kept and for how long
Your details are stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, which may keep them on servers outside India. We keep them until Fammilay launches and you've had the chance to join, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
Your choices
Ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by writing to hello@fammilay.com. We reply within 30 days.
Stop WhatsApp updates by replying STOP or writing to us.
Withdraw your consent at any time. It doesn't affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Grievance officer
If you have a concern about how we handle your information, contact our grievance officer: Prashanth Saidu, grievance@fammilay.com. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
